These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of www.allwellbuy.com and any related pages, features, or services that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

1) Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Site.

  • When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion where permitted by law.

2) Orders & Acceptance

  • Your order is an offer to purchase products listed on the Site. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We may refuse or cancel any order (including after submission) for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing or content errors, suspected fraud or abuse, or limitations in shipping to your address. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund for the affected items.

  • After placing an order, you may receive emails/SMS regarding order acknowledgment, confirmation, shipping updates, and delivery.

3) Pricing, Product Information & Availability

  • Prices, discounts, and offers are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.

  • We strive for accuracy but occasional typographical, pricing, or availability errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to revoke any stated offer in the event of such errors.

  • Product images and descriptions are for reference; colors/shades may vary due to display settings or batch variations.

4) Payment

  • We accept commonly used payment methods in Bangladesh, including selected mobile wallets, cards, and bank transfers, as made available at checkout. Some orders may be eligible for cash on delivery (COD) where supported by our logistics partners.

  • By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that the information is accurate.

  • Payments may be processed by third‑party payment gateways. We do not store full card or wallet details on our servers.

5) Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer delivery across Bangladesh through our courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines shown at checkout are indicative and may vary due to courier capacity, product availability, national holidays, weather, or force majeure events.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. If a package is marked delivered by the courier but you did not receive it, please contact us within a reasonable time for assistance.

  • Shipping fees, if any, are displayed at checkout.

6) Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • Our returns and refunds process follows the policy published on the Site (see our Returns & Refunds page). Certain products may be non‑returnable for hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons (e.g., items with broken seal, used cosmetics, personal care items), except where defective or otherwise required by law.

  • For damaged, defective, or wrong items, please notify us promptly with unboxing photos/videos and order details so we can arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

7) Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

  • Promotional offers, coupon codes, loyalty points, and gift cards are subject to specific terms, validity periods, and redemption rules stated at the time of issuance. Unless expressly permitted, promotions cannot be combined.

  • We reserve the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time, including if abuse or misuse is suspected.

8) User Content: Reviews & Submissions

  • You may post reviews, ratings, questions, photos, or other content ("User Content") provided such content is lawful, non‑infringing, respectful, and accurate.

  • You grant All Well Buy a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, and display your User Content on the Site and our marketing channels. We may remove or edit User Content at our discretion.

9) Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws;

  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of All Well Buy or third parties;

  • post false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or hateful content;

  • attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site’s security or operation (e.g., hacking, scraping beyond permitted use, introducing malware);

  • use automated systems to access the Site in a manner that sends more request messages than a human could reasonably produce in the same period, except for publicly available search engine caches subject to our robots.txt and fair use.

10) Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio/video clips, and software—is the property of All Well Buy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, license, or exploit any content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law for personal, non‑commercial use.

  • The Site may contain links to third‑party websites or services. Those are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

12) Communications & Consent

  • By creating an account or placing an order, you may receive transactional emails/SMS (order status, shipping, password resets). With your consent, you may also receive marketing messages. You can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Transactional communications are not marketing and cannot generally be opted out of while you have an active order or account notifications enabled.

13) Privacy

14) Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Except as expressly stated on the Site, products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non‑infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15) Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Well Buy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits or data) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products purchased, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately, but the disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and intellectual property provisions will survive.

20) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Subject to applicable law, you agree that the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
